This article is based on a case report that aims to evaluate the effect of the frog on the floor in patients with postural changes. The global postural re-education method is a physical therapy technique that corrects postural changes in patients who have thoracic hyperkyphosis, hyperlordosis, valgus knees and decreased lower limb. Search tools were used to elaborate the study: academic Google, Scielo and PudMed, using Health Sciences Descriptors (DeSC/MeSH), and articles published in the last 10 years, with the following keywords: Reeducation, Postural Correction, Spinal column. For data collection, the evaluation form was filled out and the treatment plan was drawn up according to the patient's needs. The results achieved were analgesia, decreased postural deviations, and a significant improvement in the change in limb difference found, thus providing a quality of life for the patient.
