Dental archers are affected by several anomalies, among these, hyperdontia or also called supernumerary teeth, identified when there is a excessive number of teeth in dental archer, which can be single or multiple, impacted or erupted, unilateral or bilateral. This pathology still has a unknown etiology, being more found in permanente dentition, having, in most cases, asymptomatic status. Diagnosis is commonly made trough clinical and radiographic routine tests. It’s prevalence is higher on male patients and mandibular involvement is almost rare. This study aims to report a clinical case with multidisciplinary treatment involving supernumerary teeth and the lack of space in dental archer to premolars eruption in a child. 12 years old female patient attended to the Morgana Potrich College’s odontopediatry to routine tests. After clinical and radiographic tests, it was noticed the presence of bilateral supernumerary in mandibular region of teeth 33 and 34, blocking teeth’s eruption. The treatment plan proposed was supernumerary surgical removal and referral to the orthodontist. Radiographic routine test becomes essential to this anomalies control. Surgical treatment shows efficiency when well planned by the professional to clinical cases resolution.
