Abstract

- Introduction: The world of work has undergone transformations that demand profound reformulations in the processes of attention and training. Objective: To identify the contributions of the health worker nursing theme in interface with the training. Method: This is a narrative review of the literature in the databases of the Latin American Literature in Health Sciences and Bibliographic Data in the Nursing Area of Brazil in July 2017, using as descriptors: nursing, worker health and nursing education, without temporal cut. Results: Nursing students identify risks in the environment during practical teaching activities. Conclusion: It is concluded that nursing workers and academics should seek to develop their work in a participative, critical and reflexive way, in order to feel more prepared and committed to their activities, avoiding work accidents.
