This paper is about a literature review concerning narrative type, which the main goal was to analyze the national reality related to user’s satisfaction about the services provided by Primary Health Care (PHC). A bibliographical analysis was made in periodicals, dissertations and theses, published in the interval of 2001-2018. The sources were obtained from the Scientific Eletronic Library (SCIELO), Google Scholar and Latin American and Caribbean Center of Health Sciences Information (BIREME) databases. The studies showed that, in general, PHC users are satisfied with the care provided, however, there are aspects within the health services generates user’s dissatisfaction about the care. It is important to highlight that beyond the characteristics of the system, the user's reality, whether is physical or psychic, directly influences the results of the evaluation. Another highlighted point is the few current works published with the approach of this subject.
