Aesthetic planning in previous teeth: a literary review

Aesthetics have led many patients to dental offices; however, in many of situations, clinical procedures do not achieve harmonious aesthetic results This is why planning becomes fundamental in the search for a aesthetic rehabilitation treatment. It was observed that the smile analysis is a process where the details and the use of digital such as radiography and photographs, provide more rapid success and an effective result, However, mockup closure has been gaining ground in aesthetic procedures since predictability of the outcome to the patient, this leads to confidence and comfort for the restoration and rehabilitation treatments. Success for aesthetic rehabilitation depends on adequate planning, associating methods and techniques, enabling a smile pleasant in the facial context. In this sense, this work, through a review of literature, aims to present to the dentist surgeon, professionals of the area and the academics of dentistry as it should be the aesthetic planning in previous teeth, showing the options treatment, new technologies and pipelines to be observed during the planning and diagnosis, in order to enrich the knowledge about the aspects that involve this type of treatment.
